All cakes are made with the freshest possible ingredients from my farm kitchen in Lower Almondsbury. I only use unsalted butter and my eggs come from my own free-range chickens and ducks, resulting in the tastiest cakes ever!

A little sneak of my burgundy wedding roses!
You can't hurry fondant flowers. Each layer needs to be able to dry fully before adding the next. This is why I have so many projects on the go at the moment!
