Baby Bella's Christening Cake!

My second cake this week has taken me hours and hours to make, but it had to be very special!  I t is for a little baby named Bella Louise Shaw who has spent a great deal of her new life in hospital.  Hopefully now she is well, and to celebrate she is being christened this Sunday.  

I have made several cakes for her granny Teresa, and hopefully this will be her favourite?
