The above table is based on a 2" x 1" portion for sponge cake or lighter speciality cakes and a 1" x 1" finger of heavier speciality cakes and fruit.
Ordering & Payment
I prefer two weeks notice for birthday cakes but can work to tighter deadlines.
Wedding cakes, christening and other multi tier cakes require 6 weeks notice.A 50% deposit at time of order is required on all cakes except special occassion cakes where the deposit should be paid at least 6 weeks before the cake is required.
All deposits are non refundable.
Payent can be made by cheque, cash or bank transfer and chques should be made payable to Michelle Keel
